Must be a client for 90 days or more. Monthly prize amounts are up to $100. Grand Prize drawing ends December 31, 2011. Drawing for 2011 grand prize will be held on March 5, 2012. Winners will be notified within 7 days of each drawing. ConstructionReports.com has up to 90 days from the date of the grad prize drawing to expedite travel, hotel and rental car give away. Referrals must have had the on-line demonstration of our service before any client is eligible for the bonus program. All drawings will be conducted by a third party administrator. Employees of ConstructionReports.com are not eligible for any drawing related to this program. Grand prize includes Airfare for two, Hotel and car rental. Exclusive Venue: The internal substantive laws of the United States and the State of Arizona govern these Terms and Conditions, without references to rules governing choice of laws. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under this Agreement shall lie exclusively with a court of competent jurisdiction located within the County of Maricopa located in the State of Arizona, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such court. Any legal action concerning these Terms or this Web site must be brought within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises, and must be brought in the State of Arizona where our corporate headquarters are located.
